Founded in 1945, De Luxe Construction Supply Co., Inc. began as a retail hardware store in the heart of Sta. Cruz, Manila, then one of the city’s busiest commercial districts. By the 1980s, the company had expanded its operations and shifted its focus to the distribution of plywood, timber, and other construction materials.

As the business continued to grow, De Luxe diversified its product portfolio by importing and distributing Iwatani products. The company later expanded into construction equipment, bringing in semi-automated concrete mixer pumps to support the Philippines’ growing residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
