How to Use:

Fill water tray with approximately 9oz/260ml of water before using. If water level drops during use, refill accordingly.

Do not use pan without adding water beforehand as it will cause cracks and damage the non-stick coating

Do not pour cold water over hot pan as sudden change in temperature may cause cracks and damage the pan.
