How to Use:

Fill water tray with approximately 12oz/350ml of water before using. If water level drops during use, refill accordingly.

Do not use pan without adding water beforehand as it will cause cracks and damage the enamel.

Do not pour cold water over hot pan as sudden change in temperature may cause cracks and damage the pan.
